Why eat a Living Foods Diet?

There are so many reasons why you should incorporate healthier dishes and living foods in your diet, a few of those reasons being that you can lose weight, allow your body to heal from illness, increase vitality, and look and feel younger.

Why? Because fresh foods retain enzymes as well as an enormously higher nutrient value than foods that are processed.

Whole grains, light lean protein sources, fresh greens, sprouts, herbs and spices provide your body with various vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, healthy fats and proteins, and a wide array of important phytonutrients that help protect your body, increasing its efficiency and boosting metabolism.

This Introductory Culinary Prep Class is a fun, dynamic, and interactive 'hands-on' food course in which you will learn to prepare and enjoy a delicious array of:

  • Soups
  • Salads
  • Appetizers
  • Main EntrĂ©es and
  • Even Desserts!

This class was designed to introduce the newcomer to the concepts of living foods, as well as to give creative ideas to individuals who are starting or are already embracing a healthy lifestyle. Cost of the class includes all ingredients, as well as a complete manual with health information and a variety of delicious recipes. You will learn how to create easy meals that will both nourish you and delight your senses!
