Where can I buy your items?
You can purchase our items right from the Store.
What are the shipping costs?
Your shipping will be calculated according to the weight and destination of your package at checkout. All products are shipped via your choice of the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS), using whichever time frame you select for delivery. Delivery confirmation comes standard with all orders. The checkout process in the Store calculates shipping rates as exactly as possible, by retrieving the current rates from the carrier of your choice at the time of checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer this option through the US Postal Service and United Parcel Service. We are happy to ship internationally, however please note that overseas shipping rates will apply. The checkout process in the Store will retrieve the rates from the carrier you choose at the time of checkout.
When will my order ship?
All natural body products are made fresh when you order them to ensure the highest quality. For this reason, please allow 3 to 4 business days for your order to be processed. Please be assured that we do our best to process all orders as quickly as possible. You'll find it's worth the wait! You will be able to download digital products as soon as the payment transaction is completed.
How do I download digital products once purchased?
After the payment transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from the Store. In this email there will be a link to your invoice area, where you will be able to download the digital product. For security reasons, the Store allows a small number of download attempts, after which the download link will expire.
How do I know if my order went through?
After completing your purchase, an order success page should load in your Internet browser. In addition, the Store will automatically email an invoice to the email address you provided. If you do not receive an email, please check your junk mail folder. To guarantee we will be able to communicate with you about your order, please unblock our email address or add it to your address book. Correspondence about your order will come from the Natural Balance Store.
How do I add to or change my order?
As soon as you have realized you want to make a change to your order, contact us by email and explain. Changes to completed orders can only be made within a 24-hour period.
How do I cancel my order after it has been placed?
To cancel a body product order, contact us by email and explain the situation. It's important to contact us the same day as our turnaround times tend to go quickly. In addition, if your order has already been shipped you are obligated to cover shipping costs. Because digital products are available immediately after purchase, they cannot be canceled.
What is your return policy?
Due to the natural, handcrafted and sensitive nature of the body products offered as well as for sanitary reasons, we cannot offer a return policy on these items. There will be NO RETURNS on any products with the exception of circumstances where the item is found to be clearly damaged or defective beyond variations inherent in its nature (such as damage incurred during shipping), to be determined on a case-by-case basis. We have a NO RETURNS/NO REFUNDS policy on purchased and downloaded digital products.
What is the shelf life of your body products?
The hand-crafted nature of these products makes it difficult to determine an exact shelf life. However, it is generally advised that you try to use your product within a year of the date of purchase. Of course, once it starts smelling badly or turning neon green, you should probably discard it.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment from a Paypal account if you have one, or using any major credit card through Paypal even if you don't have a Paypal account. Paypal is a secure account-based system which allows anyone with an email address to send and receive money online using their credit card or bank account without revealing their financial information.

Do you charge tax?
Sales tax will be charged on orders shipped to a FL state address. Taxes may include state tax or county tax based on the shipping location. Sales tax will be itemized in your cart and on your invoice. No tax is charged on digital products.
Why was my card declined?
Credit cards can be declined for several reasons. One we see most often is an error in the "Bill To" address. You must be sure that the billing address for the credit card is the same as the billing address on the order you are trying to enter. You may also need to double-check the credit card number and the CVV number of your card.
Will my personal information be safe?
Natural Balance Wellness Consulting respects your privacy. Any personal information gathered on this site (including name, shipping/billing address, email, etc.) will be used for no other purpose than to aid your shopping experience by smoothly processing the sale transaction and assuring the delivery of the merchandise. It is never made available to any third party for any reason. We ask that you provide us with sufficient contact information in order to properly complete your transaction. This information will not be used in the future for any other purpose and you will receive no further communication, unless you have opted into our mailing list or have registered for an account and requested to subscribe to our newsletter as part of the account creation process.
